This website page (Targeted Individual Becomes Author) has some vivid descriptions about a woman and a daughter's experience of being tortured by DEW. Many of TIs are single individuals while in her case, there are 2 women have the same experience in a house hold. Also the author (Phiem Nguyen) wrote a serial of books to expose the DEW.
There are at least 2 types of weapons/devices that are shooting at me. The first type is automatically operated 24/7, likely facilitated by cameras and controlled by a remote control center. In my case, the cameras are likely placed in between my condo drywall and outside walls area, as well as the buildings around my building. Whenever the camera gets its target focused, other devices will be activated and shoot.
The second type is operated manually by the criminals living upstairs. About 3 years ago, these criminals moved into the upper floor of my unit. Before they moved in, I’ve lived in my condo for about 5 years and had never heard much noise from upstairs. Maybe one or 2 times a year I can hear some noise. Since these criminals moved in, they made a lot of noises, such as dropping something on the floor loudly right on top of where you stand, making noises every few minutes or using construction devices to make loud noise.
About half a year after they moved in, these criminals started to use DEW devices manually shooting at me. They must have drilled some holes somewhere, because I can also hear their footsteps following me the whole day. When I stand still or sit down, they will be just on top of where I am, moving around and using devices. One type of device is Microwave for sure as I can hear the typical noise making similar sound like when a Microwave oven is operated. Another type of device may be similar to an electronic gun, because it’s clear that I can feel the shot then pain. When I measure it with an electricity meter, the meter would only have a voltage reading(magnetic field reading is 0). Whereas the microwave type of devices seem to have both and especially high in magnetic field reading.
These criminals must have different shifts because they also work through the whole night. They will use devices to wake you up numeric times, torturing you with devices. Then let you sleep. A little later, wake you up again and torture you. This goes on and on. (When I wake up, I can clearly hear footsteps from upstairs surrounding me, trying to aim at me from all angles, and the Microwave noise is specially loud during the night. )
Similar harassment from upstairs criminals is mentioned by AJH in his blog too. Even though he moved to 3 different places, these criminals followed him everywhere to make new settings for harassment. He mentioned the scanning lights to his apartment during the night and it happened to mine too. He can’t explain it and my guess is it’s to facilitate their cameras. These scanning lights are lights with special frequency and still visible. Because I have a few layers of blackout curtains in my living room and I can see these lights scan through those curtains during the night as if the curtain doesn’t exist.
First of all, (For Tis)Buy a handheld Digital Electricity Meter, (those used for general purposes by a family should be enough) put it to the body spot during or right after you are being shot or feel any symptoms. If the reading is far over safety level, you have confirmation that you didn't imagine it.
That's exactly what I did when I suspected I was attacked. Then I recorded numeric videos of myself with over 500 Voltage for electricity and over 20-30 mT for magnetic field while I was at home.
Sadden by many TIs being deliberately blamed for mental issue, I hope this info can be widely known and effectively put an end to the misconception of "invisible things" can't hurt you physically. These people (TIs, tens of thousands of them in U.S alone according to news articles) are being cooked alive daily by Microwaves.
1. Metal Sheets
If one thinks about how Microwave Oven is built, obviously the metal sheets will work. Below is a video for a testing different materials, metal sheets such as steel sheets with some reflection will work well. The difficulty is how to construct a Faraday Cage, which is a box that is sealed at all sides with metal materials that can block eletromagnetic fields and grounded.
For TIs who can afford it, you can buy one or have others built one for you. It doesn't need to be the same like other Faraday Cage, something like a bigger Microwave Oven should be enough, at least for one to sleep inside.

2. Water
Another material is water. Water works to an extent (didn't work well) in my testing because it absorbs energy and takes time to heat up. So using layers of water bottles to surround you will work in a level too, the difficulty is in how to build your shielding without a gap. Any gaps in your shielding, you will be attacked by the microwaves or electromagnetic fields.
3. Aluminium Foil/Sheets
The effect of Aluminium is widely known because it's super conducive. If you use it to shield yourself and don't ground the Aluminium sheet, it will be heated up quickly. I used it heavily before, the downside is the sheets attracted electricity that can hurt you. One way to deal with it is to ground it, the other way is to use rubber to block the electricity. (Sleeping on the ground may help too depending on your living environment.)
When your skin are burn or swollen, you can try to touch the area with a few layers/sheets of aluminium to lower the electricity level in that area of skin. This may also avoid getting repeatedly shot to the same spot.
4. Rubber
Surprised that not many people or shielding methods mention Rubber, which is very effective in shielding in my case. I got the idea from a previous CIA women Agent who was harassed and had a podcast about her shielding methods. ( I heard about it about 2 years ago and now couldn't find her webpage link. The credit and my appreciation goes to her.).
If you think about how an electricity line is made, you can understand it quickly. The rubber encircled the conductive material inside to protect human being hurt by electricity. Before I use rubber to shield, I often got red burning red spots in my legs or arms that can last for up to 2 days. It was only when I took video and pictures as evidence, those criminals living in the upper floor of my condo unit turned the Microwave level down a bit. (All kinds of lotions or ice works well to burns/swollen areas, it's important to apply it to reduce heat in the area to avoid repeatedly being shot to the area. )
5. Black Materials
Black Materials are to block cameras, so it can effectively prevent you being shot because their shooting devices need to pair with cameras. Since there are many different types of cameras, you need to test what works in your environment. Most those of Camera are based on infrared lights, so it needs normal lights or need to cast infrared lights on you. I will leave it to more detail discussion later. (After you block light from your room, it's not always the darker the better.)
I've tested blackout curtains, which doesn't work well. The wavelength of infrared are very small, so it can pass through most materials. Thick black garbage bags work to a level and foam floor mat is better but costs more if being used for the whole house. Some people use Black painting or anti-radiation painting for walls. Not sure how well it works, in theory, it should work well.
6. Sun Cream and Hats
I often put on a hat, especially a black hat to avoid being shot to my head by devices. Sometimes I put aluminium sheets and rubber inside my hat for better result.
Because the devices also shoot at my face, causing burns on my skin, so that I wear sun cream all day and night.
I also found people around or sometime in media/news wearing a hat or pretending to be sun burn/much darker skin to mimic me.
A Caution: If one layer of shielding material didn't work well, it's better to leave it and find another way.
As I mentioned, the harasser stalked me from Linkedin much earlier about 5 years ago and I ignored him. Afterwards, I didn't put much thinking into it as the harasser was married and thousands miles away in the west coast of U.S, while I am in Toronto Canada. It had never came to my mind that I would be harassed because of the refusal. However, things were getting weird and weirder in my work and life. I won't get into details for now because I could have written a book about my whole experience but it takes time.
Anyway, in early 2020, it became clear to me that I was under all kinds of harassments, such as surveillance, stalking, noises, constant interruption, hacking devices etc.
After reading some books regarding harassments and #metoo movement, I still have some doubts about why these women said it's about power because I have no power at all. What makes the harasser feel good about overpowering a woman without power?
Now, after 3 years intense harassment and attacks, I totally agree with most other women say, it's about power as he didn't make very clear demand.
From the 3 years watching how the harasser intensely manipulated the world, I totally agree and understand why it's about power. The thrill of hunting is in exercising that power.
Below are the pictures for a second set of likely DEW devices, which popped up in the stores I frequently visits and my parking lot in my condo building around the time I began to feel the DEW attacks. To be specific, 3 of these devices surrounding my car and numeric in the parking log each distance at about every 25 meters square. Since then, whenever I go there to take my car, I felt something attack my body or my head. The middle part of this device is like a red tube and the whole device is similar to a small lamp.
The electricity and magnetic reading is far exceed human safety level when I walk under these area of devices. (as showed in below pictures) No idea how these devices work, one thing for sure is I would be shot more frequently and severely if I found the stores have these installed.
After some research, I think these are likely to be laser beam sensor devicesto form a grid, so as to accurately locate a person's position. Once the position is measured, other devices can shoot accurately. The red tube is very typical for a laser beam device. Some simple examples are laser beam sensor can measure the position and used in garage parking or everyone must have seen movies about laser beam using in a museum to form a grid to prevent intruders.
If any security expert happened to read this, maybe they can kindly confirm or let me know what it is.

These devices usually disguised as fire auto detectors or something else. Same as other devices, some of them may be real devices and some of them are for other purposes. Also, they all started to appear just the time when I was being shot in the beginning.
Below is the electricity level reading from a handheld meter. The top reading 191 V is the voltage, the second reading is the magnetic field level in micro Tesla. Both readings far exceeded a safety level of 50 voltage and 0.5 mT.
Not an expert in the security field myself, I have to say I could be wrong about the guessing of the DEW devices. My guess is mostly based on my observations and understanding of technology. Others may reach different conclusions too. For example, for the devices on the chimney, it could be just the chimney cap.
My logic is based on the fact that all these devices were installed at the time I was beginning being shot. Usually if one family house decided to install a chimney cap, it would be a slow change whereas it's the whole area (about 20-50% household, for at least 10 blocks in the area) suddenly full of such devices. These devices are fully caped, not the usually type that has venting outlet. It's more likely than not this is a device in disguise and the real device is hiding behind the cap. I knew it because I took a walk daily in my neighbourhood since the pandemic. Even I didn't observe, it's a very obvious change.
Another thing that's out of ordinary is the low hanging electricity lines. I live in a big city area and no electricity lines(most electricity lines should be already installed underground especially in a city as I know) would be installed that way, because it's very dangerfor taller cars and even taller firefighter truck to pass through. Yet, the whole city and area are now fully of them every 50 meters) Below pictures are an example how low hanging(as tall as a house) these electricity lines are and these lines have it's own electricity meters too. My theory is as I indicated in the first post, these are to form magnetic fields and provide the high electricity consumption for the Microwave devices. It's very targeted, only when I walk pass, the fields on my body will be activated and my electricity meter measurement jump to 1000 vol at times. And I checked some electricity meters mounted on walls of houses, all are from Toronto hydro.
I once caught a hydro worker who was working on an electricity box in front of the street and asked him what is the purpose of these low hanging electricity lines? He thought a long while and answered that he didn't work for the area and didn't know about it. That's obviously a lie, he was working there and even he's not, he would have known or asked what these elephants on the street are.
In this picture, for just a few steps, there are 4 low hanging electricity lines. If the picture is enlarge, it will be very clear. I encircle them for the small picture place here.
From what I see, my harasser is definitely trying to "read my mind" but have never really succeeded. My view is they control all your daily input, so you are likely naturally thinking about things from these input. Plus they have data that can predict human behaviour and thinking in a level. In addition, what I found is they play with probability. They will also cover all the probability of some outcome, so the targeted individual will think they know their minds.
Another reason is TIs are all being monitored by advanced camera (yes, these infrared camera can see through walls, at lease drywalls. I will talk about camera in other posts) Even if I moved one muscle or finger, these harasser knows. That's how they can predict or guess things about TIs.
A good way to deal with that is to test them back. Think of something out of blue, something or events you are sure no one else know about. Think about it many times in a day and define how they can show you they know it. The result? These harasser never guess it right (zero percent) or be able to try the way you define. Next time they boasted they can read your mind. Try it.
From technical point of view, even one is being put into the MRI machine, all can be read is the electro signal. To translate those signals into words so quickly would be difficult for current technology level.
As showed in below picture, the harasser created a heart shape with tree tops outside my balcony about 3 years ago. Right now, it's a little faded away but still clearly visible.
When I first saw it, I was like"what the heck! You've beaten me almost to death everyday, yet you have the boldness to say how much you like me (despite the fact that monster is a total stranger)?!"Plus every store I went to, there are always love songs playing in the store to express how much that monster like me. Moreover, think about the power behind all these manipulations. How many people in the world have the power to do these?
I didn't know at the time it's anabusive tactic for women until I watch a movie or documentary about abusive families. I've never known of or close to any abusive person or families before, this type of tactic totally disgusts me. If I wrote out detail of my story later, you will find out the monster uses a so call"Hot and Cold"method too. Luckily, I grew up healthily and naturally don't buy into those BS for women.It's simple as it is, anyone doesn't treat you well don't even like you, less say the L words.
Another thing about harassment is they are looking for "engagement", so it's important for women to stay cold, distance and focus on your own things if you can. There are all kind of acts playing out to make you "emotional" to "engage" you.
Not knowing much info about the CHIPs the video talked about, my interest is on the woman "Fiona" being interviewed (starting at 12:00 minutes of the video). Fiona has a similar profile like many women being harassed, well educated, thin etc. Other TIs can be benefited from how she shielded herself, e.g the clothing, headset... my thinking is I could be on the run like her if I haven't shielded myself sufficiently.
Another thing I notice is there are similar Microwave devices in the video just like those in my neighbourhood around these TIs too.

I came across this news article during my search for a better solution.
What I have to comment about this article first is this is not a "Mind Game", it’s physical tortures. Just like the Microwave, things that are not visible can burn (and cook a person) or severely damage a person badly. “Untouched" Harassment has been widely being explored for harassing women and other criminal purposes in the world.
Secondly, it strikes me how similar of the woman being harassed has a similar profile like myself. According to the article, “Liza” (not a real name) is educated, work for Microsoft for 10 years, thin and work for her own business when she’s targeted.
This blog has a detail experience about being a targeted individual, which so far is the most detail experience I ever read. The details he described are so similar to my DEW harassment, which makes me wonder is the harassment from same person or company or criminal to harass others? Also his harassment originated from the same Seattle area like above "Liza".
A further comment is he didn't know the meaning of those gang stalking whereas in my case I know exactly what are the messages behind them. For example, those big ugly trucks (a way of showing power) following by BMWs or other luxury cars (a way of showing I would be rich if I complied) are to signal me that I should choose to sleep with the monster. The color of the people wear on the street uniformly are usually a mimicking strategy (mimic the color I wear previously) to make one uncomfortable and scared by the monster's power. The so call favour and unfavour people showing up for harassment that his blog couldn't explain is actually has meaning too. In my case, whenever I putting on some weight, the overweight and thin people will show up the whole day wherever I go. Everything is by designed to harass women.
Therefore, in his case, he is more likely unfortunately became a "tester" for weapons and strategy to harass women.
Technically, Microwave type of devices/weapons are easy to make. In YouTube some young teen even dismantled an old Microwave oven, just take the part of shooting device like below to show case how to make a "weapon". You can search in Youtube to understand more or here a video for anyone interested:

When I first felt something shot to my head and body causing burn and pain, I found below devices were newly installed all over my neighbourhood with very low hanging electricity lines. (I read some of other TI thought the waves came from cell tower or satellites something. In my view, it seems mis-informed because of the shooting range and how Microwave works. To make it shoot longer range, the device needs to consume very high energy and much bigger.)
Below is another example of these devices with low electricity lines. These electricity lines will form a square about 30-50 meter in one side, so as to form an encircle magnetic field.
In below picture, I circle all the devices newly installed since I was first shot. The electricity tower is interesting - they are 2 in a pair and circle the whole area around my building. I guess that's why other TIs thought the wave coming from. My guess is it's something to do with to create a magnetic field.
As an ordinary professional woman, I've never imagined this harassment will happen to me even in my worst nightmare.
After refusing a shocking unlawful demand from an unconnected powerful rich old man from Linkedin about 5 years ago, I have been under 24/7/365 surveillance, severe harassment and attacks since. The harasser not only took control of my workplace for harassment that caused me lost jobs to the extent that I would rather not find another job, but also control/threaten my friends/family to isolate me. Everywhere I go, one thing for sure is there would be some kind of harassment happening.
In the previous 2-3 years, the harassment has developed into using Direct Energy Weapons (DEW, aka using devices and magnetic fields to shoot Microwave and electricity at me 24/7 daily.) These type of weapons cause severe pain, headache, itch, burn, dizzy etc. (Using DEW to harass women is EVIL to say the least. )
The Beginning
Unlike many women being harassed by man, my story wasn't complicated at the beginning. The complicated part of the story lies in how the harasser is able to conduct harassment on a woman openly/boldly and ruin her life for such a long time.
A bit about myself - I live in Toronto Canada and had a professional job in a big company for a long time before the harassment began.
About 5 years ago, a rich and powerful old man, who I didn't even remotely know or connected to, stalked me online from Linkedin. ( In retrospect, he or people who work for him have been stalking me online and blocking my career advancement as well as personal life for at least 2-3 years before his contact from Linkedin. Now I realized this time period was for information collecting and beginning to take control. )
At the time, I only observed things seemed odd, especially some coworkers and friends acting or speaking a bit odd, like they were not speaking the way or the topics they used to. My career advancement was blocked in some unknown way and my job searching got no response at all. I hadn't thought much about it at the time though sometimes I wondered why my whole life got stuck. But I would have never figured out someone had taken control of it in some ways.
To make long story short for now, I was shocked and got away from Linkedin (only login once in a long while and eventually disabled my account). Though because the good reputation the harasser used to have, I thought it was his "ghost writer" for his Linkedin account did this out of boredom, which showed how naive I was at the time. Not until much later, I happened to google him and found lots of news articles exposing his problem with women already.
Less I know at the time, my whole life started to ruin the moment I chose to ignore this powerful old man's unlawful demand.
